The Space

This program concept came to mind when 29 Fiddlers Creek (The Hollystone) Titusville, NJ was for sale. It is a beautiful space surrounded by protected land and hiking trails. I’ll begin looking at properties again to see if another in the area emerges.

If I find another space I’d create a youth and community led design board.

Secure investors and partners to purchase a local property.

Update/rehab property.

Vision for the space:

1. Restore any pond and surrounding ecosystems.

2. Convert any old tennis courts to hydroponic greenhouse space (potentially sourced from pond).

3. Convert any old swimming pools meditation garden/ponds.

4. Art, yoga and space for rest upstairs in main house.

5. Production/music studio downstairs in main house.

6. Teaching kitchen.

7. Rehab barn for stage performances.

8. Create teaching gardens on conservation easement section of property for produce, flowers and medicinal herbs.
